Please advise people to use a harness instead of a collar, especially on Small dogs. They jump at dogs, squirrels, etc and may damage a disk in their neck, which sooner or later will paralyze them. It’s so sad. Ron Napier well my dog is 13 — -still wearing a collar — he hates a harness! !!! Dogs are like us — all different — l have a dental fitting which l hate and won’t wear
