Why eat just the brain though??? Animals eat animals ya, but just the brain? Scary. AND what a sad, slow, painful death to have our head slowly picked at until you die. All the while feeling every bite. What if the people catch some mice, killed them and feed them to the albatross. Hence, the albatross would later develop the taste of the mice and problem solved. Adaption and possible evolution (I think) at its finest… This is the whole rats with….. what was that creature again that got wiped out when rats were introduced onto the island? Was it the dodo? I forget but damn! Those mice need to be wiped out. Idk what will work but maybe if humans introduce a trap that offers an easier, tempting food/water source to the mice, maybe it’ll help direct them away from the birds.
