Same. My Maine Coon was scarily intelligent. You could certainly have conversations with him. We were always convinced he was playing the stock market at night. He was the king of our castle and lived to be 22. Maine Coons are so amazing. I had one for 17 years. They are so smart. And they definitely know when something is wrong. I miss him so much. There’s a strong connection between human and cats. Cats are lovely pets. I love this story cause I’m a cat person and usually stories like these are about dogs. I love dogs too though. An exceptional cat, wow. I’ve heard many people say that the Maine Coon is a special breed, and that is obviously true here.
