I remember seeing this animal for the very first time back in the late 90s. It was on a PBS Nature episode called Incredible Suckers. Bruce Robison, Mike DeGruy, and a few others sent an ROV down the Monterrey Bay canyon. Ever since I’ve been fascinated by the ocean. The best thing about octopi and squid is you can fuck them from any direction. That’s why they’re called octopus. What an amazing little critter — and for all, it’s ugly appearance is doing a lot of good, cleaning up the ocean. I’m surprised we haven’t seen something like this in the Sci-Fi movies. Imagine meeting one 100 times bigger than this little chappie!!
